Jin Xu Noodle industry health food technology once again won the international advanced evaluation

On December 27, 2023, Jin Xu Noodle Industry a project site meeting on the "Key technology innovation and application of starch health food precision processing" came to an end, and its research results were unanimously recognized as the overall technology reached the international leading level, indicating that Jin Xu Noodle industry has made major breakthroughs in the field of health food research and development. What is particularly interesting is that the low-GI rice noodle staple food model proposed by the project has been highly recognized and recommended to be included in the "China Diabetes Dietary Guidelines", bringing good news to hundreds of millions of diabetes patients and their families, and the results have been authorized 35 invention patents (including 4 American invention patents and 2 Japanese invention patents).

 

As an important part of the project, the low GI (glycemic index) rice noodle staple food model has successfully attracted the attention of experts with its unique processing technology and remarkable effect on blood sugar stabilization. It subverts the cognitive framework of traditional staple foods, closely combines health concepts and technological innovations, and aims to provide new food solutions that better meet the nutritional needs of people with diabetes.
